The Test Kit I Received Looks Different Than the Picture

How do I receive my results?
For your privacy, results are mailed directly to your email account within 2-10 days from the date your kit is received by the lab.
Please note that, on average it takes about 5 days for your sample to reach us after you mail it.
I have mailed Sample 15 days ago, but Why I have not Received the Report?
There could be one of the following two reasons:
- You have mailed the sample, but it got lost in transit. (We have no way to know and track if this happens)
- Email delivery issues as email provided is not readable/has errors (Please provide one alternate email when you send the sample)
- Report is in your spam folder. (frequently check your spam folder).
