inexpensive test for comparisons. every manufacturers test is different so dont try to use this to compare to one your doctor had you take. Take one of these tests as a baseline and compare to other of this same test over time. compared to most medical tests you can take this test 3 times compared to others and 10 times compared to a doctors visit. Take your first test PRIOR to making any changes. make whatever dietary/supplement changes and retest in 30 days. compare the two to see where you are. I have seen others have issues but instructions are on a small sheet in the box with prepaid mailer. yes, you have to pee in a tiny tube but its not that hard and only needs a tiny amount as indicated by line (sorry ladies, you might find that part harder). if you run into problems or have questions, contact the vendor BEFORE you mess it up. they have always been helpful and friendly to me and willing to answer questions. side note, the return envelope has stamps on it and new postal regulations require stamped items be tendered in person at the counter. if you drop it in a mailbox, you will end up getting it back 2 days later. yeah I was embarassed the first time but they didnt ask and apologized for the inconvenience…
